First Impressions

Last night I just had dinner in Burger King, I got to cheeseburger for 2€ which was very cheap comparing to the prices of the other restaurants in here. Then I came back to the hostel and I met a lot of Australian people and we tried to find a bar. They were asking for 14€ in clubs and they wouldn't let you in a bar if you didn't prove with an ID card that you were over 21 or 23, depending on the bar. In the end we found a nice place where we could get in and stayed there for a while. I didn't get anything to drink but the british guy told me a beer costs 4.5€ which comparing to Portugal's price (I don't really know how much it costs in Portugal) is very very expensive! Lucky me I don't drink :D

About first impressions:

- Sweden is colder than Portugal (and we are in the Summer, let's wait for Fall and Winter...
- It rains 70% of the time (since I arrived)
- Things are very expensive (I paid 1.8€ for a 50cl bottle of water on mini-market)
- People take equality too serious (I've read that they had really strong feelings for peace and equality but I would never guess it would be like this: yesterday there was a big queue to get in the bar and they would just let people in when another one got out and I also wanted to keep and equal number of man and woman... So if there were too many guys in there you could be waiting more than half an hour to get in. Glad we arrived there early so it wasn't crowded and we could get in right away)
- A lot of people have bicycles (that's nice!)
- There is a lot of green around Stockholm (for what I could see in the plane)
- There are people from all over the world visiting Stockholm ( indeed..)
